Responsibilities: | Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads and screening candidates. - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in documentation. - Assist with onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation. - Administer employee benefits programs and handle related queries. - Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. - Assist in organizing training and development programs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle employee relations and help resolve concerns as needed. - Support payroll administration and attendance tracking. |
