Responsibilities: Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office schedules.
- Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors.
- Assist with office-related projects and tasks as required.
